Bq9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Self-exclusion request.

You may request to close your account at any time. Your remaining balance will be returned via your designated payment method, though any unused bonuses will be forfeited.
